I was just wondering what kind of technology is available, such as, glass, metal and tools? I also wondered has the magic and psychic of the gods reached the mortal plane?

Tools don't need to exist - Dragons use their bodies to dig their own caves, the cities being built by mixing 'cement' (ash from the forest, sand, clay, etc.) and shaping it into their homes. Glass doesn't serve any particular purpose, and they're beginning to put metal to use in larger buildings.
No magic has reached the mortal world as yet, though (like in RL) there are a select few dragons/phoenix that are particularly in tune with the gods, managing to speak with one every now and again...Though mostly amongst the Sand dragons. And there are a good many frauds, too.
