Smoak quickly let those facts seep into his mind, then he said "It will be like that for a while, then she will slowly get less. We do not want the fate of Pyrallis to get fat and lazy." He looked back up at Pyral/Fyrah. "No worries, though, Fyrah. I will wait awhile before shortening her rations." Rations. Why must I call food rations? Is it habit? Smoak eyed her burns. "If you go up to the top of the mount, there is a small blue plant that heals those well. Try it." As if she'll need it. Standing up also, Smoak picked up Wyph and placed her right behind his neck, in the little dip that seperates the neck from the wings and shoulders. "Well, in a few months, Fyrah? May Pyral watch over you."

"And may she you, Smoak. I know you'll do well in her training. Thank you, and good luck." Pyral nodded, limping from the cave and sliding out of the door, her golden wings already unfurled. A strong, warm updraft caught her wings and provided her lift, and soon she was gliding across the desert, away from Mount Py.
And so it begins...
OOC: Sorry, can't think of much else to say.

Smoak nodded back to her, and waited for her to leave. When she exited, he leapt out of the cave and into the air, Wyph balanced on his shoulders. Winging evenly, he flew to his 'home', if it could be called that. A little place with plenty of room, and everything a growing warrior needs. Hopefully that will be what little Wyph needs.
